Our meeting rooms

At De Vechtsebanen, you will find meeting and training rooms for both small and large groups. Whether you are organizing a meeting for a small team or giving a presentation to a large group, there is always a room that suits your gathering. Depending on the space and desired layout, our rooms can accommodate 6 to 180 people.

The Business Center at De Vechtsebanen features ten multifunctional rooms. Three of these spaces can be combined into one large room of no less than 300 m². All rooms are equipped with modern facilities, including:

The spaces meet all the requirements to make your meeting a success and are equipped with a projector with projection screen, comfortable furniture, sound system, free wireless (fiber optic) internet, daylight, blackout windows and climate control.
