De Vechtsebanen has been known for years as the place where sport, relaxation, and experience come together. What many people don't know is that our unique location also offers a wide range of possibilities for business meetings, active outings, and events! From modern halls to inspiring clinics and fully catered events: at De Vechtsebanen, every visit becomes an experience in itself.

Versatile halls for every occasion

Whether you are organizing a meeting, presentation, workshop, or large event, De Vechtsebanen offers various rooms ranging from 20 to as much as 300 square meters. The spaces vary in size and layout, making them suitable for both small and large groups.

The rooms are equipped with modern facilities and can be furnished fully to your liking. All rooms are equipped as standard with a projector, projection screen, comfortable furniture, sound system, free fiber optic internet, natural daylight, blackout windows, and climate control.

Fully catered with packages and/or dinners

To complete the experience, De Vechtsebanen offers various packages that fully align with your wishes and schedule. You can choose from different types of lunch and/or dinner buffets, finger food, beverage packages, and seasonal specials.

Whether you choose a short and active program or an extensive day package, everything is taken care of down to the last detail. Think, for example, of a warm welcome with coffee, tea, and a treat, followed by an inspiring meeting in one of our rooms. Next, you step onto the ice for a speed skating, curling, or ice hockey clinic. Afterwards, there is plenty of opportunity to catch up over drinks, an extensive lunch, or dinner in our cozy café.

What makes De Vechtsebanen truly unique is the opportunity to combine your meeting with a sporting activity. We offer several guided clinics led by experienced instructors, such as a speed skating, fun curling, or ice hockey clinic. These clinics are accessible even to people without skating experience; fun and teamwork are central to an unforgettable experience! Free skating is, of course, also an option.
